Original 1950s marble fireplace

We make Fireplaces from 1920s Art Deco fireplaces and classic Edwardian fireplace and mantel designs.

This fireplace has minimal decoration, but the intricate veining in the 2 marbles it is constructed from give the fireplace a source of endless fascination.

The lighter marble in the outer surround is an old Creme Marfil marble and both these marbles are in the browns and beige colours that were so popular in the 1950s.

The fireplace immediate surround is in stainless steel, and curves in to the fire itself.

A tiled or matching steel heatplate could be set into the hearth in front of the fire, as original.

The hearth has a subtle raised edge in marble which will function well to stop fuel etc spilling away from the fireplace.

The fret is not included in the price but can be added as an additional item at a competitive price.
