Complete fireplaces made from tiles or marble
Available in many 1920s or Art Deco styles or to your own bespoke design.
The Craddock fireplace with its instantly recognisable Art Deco motif has proved to be one of our most popular fireplace designs.
Decorative details like this fan were very common in domestic design in homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. This particular fan / sunburst pattern was in fact copied from a stained glass window in a 1932 semi-detached house.
The Ivory / blue design shown here has a cut-out in the hearth to suit a Baxi type fire.
Open fires can be wasteful on heat. An inset stove can be incorporated into our tiled fireplaces making them around 4 times more efficient than an open fire.
We can adapt all our rectangular opening fire designs to accommodate the inset stoves yet still retain our hand crafted features.
Glass fronted gas fire restrict the escape of heat up the chimney and give very high efficiencies (87%).
These gas fires are all convector fires and return hot air from the back of the fire into the room.
The fireplace hearth is half of a fireplace and we have the largest and most varied range of hearths that you can find anywhere.
We make a huge range of tiled fireplace hearths and offer a fully bespoke service at no extra cost.
We also supply Slate, Granite, Marble, Sandstone and Limestone hearths in a wide range of designs
All of our hearths can be made to be suitable for solid fuels or for use with a stove, gas or electric fire.
